: Ward,

: Is there somewhere I can go to find information about foreclosure consultants? What they are? What they are not? How to become one or not to become one? That is my question. :)

================

Valerie, read California Civil Code Section 2945-2945.11 and you'll see that there are an abundance of restrictions on anyone acting with an owner in foreclosure as a foreclosure consultant.
