My husband and I are separated and we are behind in our mortgage. We had a chapter 7 discharged in September of 1998. We have ran into a lot of financial problems some of our own but mostly due to circumstances beyond our control
and we were wondering if we could file a Chapter 13 where we are on a repayment plan until we catch our payments up on our home and other bills. I wasn't sure if we could file a 13 because we had already filed and
discharged a 7 in the last 10 years. Please advisse quickly our home is in jeopardy.
