: Hi, Mr Ward, I am confused with where I put what on the home equity purchase agreement. Please help, here are the amounts, I just need to know where to put them.

: 1. Amount to give to owner: $25 (yes, twenty five dollars)
: 2. Balance on the loan: $87,900
: 3. Appraised value: $119,000
4. Back Payments: $7,000

: I just put $25 dollars, becouse I though I feel better putting an amount instead of putting 0 (cero). She is happy with her descision, becouse she knows that I am goin to continue making the payments, even though I gave her no guarantee.
: I have the same equity purchase agreement that you have, and I don't know where to put this amounts. Please help

: Gonzalo
