Where does the training part fit it??In Reply to: Foreclosure Training posted by Jeanie on April 08, 2002 at 8:19 PM : I am new to this whole business, would like to start making some money, but am reluctant to dish out the $3000 when we are struggling as it is. Do you have any suggestions as to where to start? Perhaps if I could do one deal and get a finder's fee, I could attend your training. I have the Sharkbait software, subscribing to Dataquick, and am ready to start searching. I need a boost of confidence (please). Thanks in advance for your help. ================= It seems like you've made up your list of priorities—Sharkbait, DataQuick, a foreclosure notice service, and perhaps the CMDC before getting the basic training. And if training is really the least important ingredient in this activity, and you can get by without it for your first deals, then why would you ever take it? Why not test the validity of that approach? Why not ask some of the successes in the business about your hypothesis and see what they, with all their experience, think.
