I live in Washington and am having some trouble distinguishing from the ad if it is a first or second trust that is being foreclosed on? : Thanks for any help or direction you provide, =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Keri, there’s no hint in the published NOTS of the position of the foreclosing lien! To figure that out you have do an accurate title search at your local county recorder’s office.
