Choose the county you'd like to purchase houses in, and call your county recorder and/or county courthouse and they should be able to tell you when the foreclosure auctions are held for that county.

Also:
I have found some helpful info here:
http://www.netronline.com/public_records.htm

It has links to counties all over the U.S.

Also, it took me awhile to find the newspaper in my area that publishes Notices of Default, but I finally found the newspaper that does by contacting the county auditor...perhaps if you call your county recorder or auditor they could tell you the newspaper that publishes Notices of Trustee's Sales in your area as well.

: Can anyone tell me how one goes about learning the whens and wheres of auctions in WI? Thanks for your time!
