: : : : I am very interested in finding mentor to learn about buying properties. Ideally, I would like to work for them while I learned the ropes. Have any ideas? : =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= : Marian there are several real estate investment clubs in Orange County, CA. : One of them is the Commonwealth Group headed up by Jack Fullerton (714) 557-3118 in Anaheim. : Another is the OCRE Club (Orange Country Real Estate) @ (949) 726-8446. : Another lead would be to speak with Martin Welc (949) 582-4410 who teaches a real estate principles class at Saddleback College. Ask him for info on any real estate investment clubs in Orange County. : It is at the various real estate clubs that you will find your mentor. Go as a guest to their regular monthly meeting and ask about mentors or mentoring programs supported by the club. : I'm interested in the same thing and am wondering if there's any type of mentoring program in WI.
