Foreclosure Question, PLEASE Advice...

Posted by Mike on April 01, 2002 at 5:42 PM

Again, for the record, I am a COMPLETE novice when it comes to foreclusures.

With that in mind, I recently had a lady tell me (I live in KC, MO) that it would be next to impossible to find a DECENT foreclosure that wouldn't require a lot of fix-it-up for $10,000 or less.

Not that she's not 'right', BUT has anyone else here found that to be factual?

In particular, (good question for Ward), WHERE can I find a reliable source of information that will keep me in the know on foreclosures in my city, costs, and so forth? I live in KC, MO.

Please help me, if you can. Thanks in advance!

Mike
