Jody, Nolo.com publishes an excellent reference titled "Stop Foreclosure Now in California". Don't discount the value of these posts, though. While books give you valuable "foundation" info, posts allow you to share the real world experiences of others; both good and bad; and help you to avoid re-inventing the wheel. I think the best strategy is a combination of the two.
