I found the satisfaction for the wraparound mortgage, but I couldn't find a satisfaction for the (senior) mortgage it was "wrapping". Could the wraparound be satisfied without the first being satisfied? Thanks Follow Ups: A wraparound mortgage incorporates more than one equity.
