I think you'd call the County Assessor's office (nt)In Reply to: Re: Finding the Value of a Home posted by Wendy from FL on March 28, 2002 at 9:54 PM : : Can someone suggest a website that will give me a good idea of the value a particular home within California? I was using Homegain.com, but they changed their website and no longer offer the service. Or, what is the best and cheapest way of determing the value of a home being sold at auction? : __________________________________________________ : Try the property appraiser's website of your county tax collector or look them up in the white pages and they' ll research the address over the phone. Also, realtor.com can give you home sales on the same street.
