: I am a total rookie at this. I am trying to buy a condo or townhouse =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Al, You might attend a few foreclosure auction sales and ask around there. You might go to your local recorder’s office and ask around there. Finally you might attend a real estate investment club and ask around there. Then, once you’ve got your list, come back to this foreclosure board and the three other major foreclosure discussion boards (see link below) to learn about the different facets of foreclosure. Lurk about and read and search our archives for foreclosure topics you’re currently interested in or have questions about. Once you’ve plumbed the archives then start posting your inquiries and we’ll gladly jump at the chance to impart some foreclosure smarts. Good luck. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
