Thanks in advance, Paladia : In TN: : Does a bankruptcy trustee (for a no-asset, Chapter 7 filing) have the power to sell a house to me? The house is not included in the Chapter 7 because they did not know they owned it at the time they filed (long story-thought it was lost to foreclosure). : The house may have a 2nd lien on it, we're trying to find that out ASAP.
