How was it arranged? =•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•=•= Todd, an investor has to be able to tolerate risk and withstand the possibility of losing his entire investment. The foreclosure entrepreneur should be methodical and not cut corners. After Gregg was trained he borrowed from his dad’s retirement plan and bought two super deals. For about the first five years Gregg paired up with Howard Rich and his wife. They met at one of our early trainee reunions.
