How much time prior to the sale does this typically occur? Are all the bidders in line to show the Trustee their cashiers checks, etc.? : Great website! Thanks for any input, : Kevin ================ Kevin, at the scheduled hour the auctioneer will announce she is ready to qualify anyone who wants to bid and ask that they approach her one-by-one and show her their checks. The auctioneer will separately note the total amount of money each bidder has qualified with. In some counties the auctioneer will ask a newbie to fill out an information card for her with their adddress and phone number and show her their driver's license.
