[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] FORECLOSURE IN MISSOURI _ NEED HELP Posted by CONFUSED IN MISSOURI on March 19, 2002 at 8:10 AM Hello everyone, I need some immediate assistance in Missouri. I am 2 months behind in my mortgage payments.In the past I have been behindon diffent occassions. However, a representative from the lending agency, allowed me to make arrangements. I received a letter back in August stating that the house will possibly go into foreclosure if payment isnot received. Well, after receiving the letter, I contacted the lender and a payment arrangement was made. Therefore, I disregarded the notice. Well, I recieved a letter on this past Saturday indicating that my house was sold On January 8, 2002. I had made contact with the lender, but I am getting the run around. Nobody is able to explain the process and how the house was sold without any contact or without returning any of my payments made. They did not indicate on the letter when I had to vacate. Also,the represntative I have always worked with now isgiving me the cold shoulder and states he has no information regarding the Foreclosure. Please advise me of the steps needed to keep my home or toget a better handle on this process. Any assistance will be great;ly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
