Donovan, sorry but most of us are only interested in our local real estate market rather than the entire U.S. Most of us aren’t so mobile that we can follow the changing real estate market to and fro across such an expanse.

So locally I follow the mortgage interest rate trend and the residential marketing time for local areas as reported in the local Multiple Listing Service.
