Contacting your local Section 8 housing program.

Ben, instead of going to a HUD website, I think you’d be best served by contacting your local city’s housing commission, or alternatively your local county’s housing commission. One or the other is probably involved in managing your local Section 8 program. They will have their local requirements already prepared for use with local property owners.
