California Reconveyance (original trustee) nolonger handling the foreclosure. I called Fairbanks for a reinstatement figure. They will not talk to me without the trustors social security number. What do I do next? : Thanks! ============ Jim, you might try the bankruptcy court system to see if the trustor ever filed a bankruptcy. If he did, his social security number will be on his bankruptcy petition. You can check anyone out regarding bankruptcy. Just click on the link below and then click on the PACER link. It will take you to the online bankruptcy service for the federal bankruptcy courts. Follow the directions for joining PACER and elect to search ALL court jurisdictions. It cost nothing to select ALL courts. Good luck.
