: I have not been able to pay my first or second mortgage in several months. I started receiving notices from various legal agencies that my 1st mortgage lender has started foreclosure action? There is a notice in some Law Bullentin Foreclosure Report. Not that it appears some action is being taken, how long apprx. do you think I might have?
