Incorporating in Nevada or Bahamas?

Posted by Vic H on February 28, 2002 at 10:05 AM

I'm getting ahead of myself since I haven't started doing anything yet, but what are the board's opinions on doing business through a Nevada LLC or a Bahamas IBC?

I feel like I've bloody well paid my fair share of taxes and if I can keep more of what I work for via foreclosures, buyouts, judgement liens, etc., then that's what I want to do.

Any legal issues (especially with the Bahamas)?

Thanks,

Vic
