Posted by MarkC on February 26, 2002 at 8:26 PM Ward, Husband and wife on Warranty Deed (WA), but only "Husband, a single man" on subsequently recorded TD (filed same day/sequential file#) and 2nd, which is in foreclosure. No Quit Claim or other deeds xfering interest from wife to husband. No additional encumbrances in wifes name. Would I be purchasing a partial interest? What else should I look for?
