Tenant post-foreclosure holdover time in CT

: hi i have a question i am currently renting and my landlord came to me just recently to tell me they are foreclosing on her house she is not trying to give me any information on how long i have to move how can i go about find out how long i have before i actually have to move out i live in connecticut please help

Sonja, I've been asked this question enough that you'd think I'd remember the CT time period, but I don't. But it would be easy to figure out by calling a local landlord/tenant attorney or your local tenant hotline your local housing authority has probably put in place. If that doesn't work as the research librarian at your local law library to show you how to research it.
