Foreclosurenet, Realtytrac, Foreclosureworld, Redloc...which listing service to choose for REO's?

Posted by Abby on February 19, 2002 at 5:36 PM

Hi! (Posted this on all-foreclosures message board as well, so sorry to those who read both boards!) :)

I am extremely curious about peoples' experiences with any of the above listing services. Their subscription prices range from $19.95/month to a $368 flat fee. I am beginning to wonder if I would just be better off keeping my eye on the banks' free listings since I am only interested in REO's and not pre-forclosure information. Any advice or opinions are greatly appreciated! I am not planning on becoming a professional real estate investor--I am just looking for a way to purchase a good value home in the exhorbitant Bay Area.
Thanks!
