Marcel, here in the real estate hotbed of CA it would be very difficult to find good deals you could buy without any money. One of the motivating factors that a desperate owner at the point of losing their home at a trustee’s sale wants is money to move. And you would need additional money to reinstate a loan to prevent it from going to foreclosure sale. And it would take cash out of pocket to do your cosmetic fix-up to make your re-sale easier and more profitable.

I think the “no money” gambit is a marketing ploy that book authors and seminar gurus use to sell more useless books and seminars to the gullible public.
