arizona tax liens

Posted by toni on February 17, 2002 at 9:27 PM

I have purchased 4 cp's and am getting ready to file for a judicial foreclosure right to redeem with the superior court in my county. If I follow all of the steps in the Arizona Revised Statute on procedure and notice of this action do I have to have a lawyer represent me or will I be able to represent myself. The county treasurer has told me that people have done it before without a lawyer. I was wondering if I could and how complicated it is. Thank you.
