I'm not going to bet against myself, intending that I won't get paid off or that it will take longer, just to win a lunch bet! I would only bet on your side that I WILL get paid off in full within 6 months. Actually, my vision is that his plan isn't accepted and the case is dismissed and 10 days later I have my TTEE sale, get the property, fix it up, sell it and make 3-4 times the profit I would've made from just being cashed out.
