: ward, do you know of someone who does training in northern ca. ============= Marci, the only foreclosure notice service I know of in Northern CA is the Daily Default InfoService now owned by Tim and Alexis McGee. It covers the counties from San Francisco area south to the Sacramento area. The McGees also operate the foreclosure.com web site and offer group foreclosure training. When you inquire about foreclosure training from anyone ask them for referrals, their policy on post-training contact and consultation, free re-training later if needed, money-back guarantee, maximum group size, does it cover ALL aspects of foreclosure, is it specific to your state’s laws, and finally the most important, do they give any “hands-on” title record searching training. Another foreclosure notice service I know of that operates in all of CA is REDLOC. @(213) 229-5400. Their online site is redloc.com and I’m going to guess that they do not conduct any foreclosure training. I also have an old reference sheet with a lot other foreclosure notice services that is indexed by CA counties. So if you give me you actual county area I’ll look that up for you, even if you’re north of San Francisco. Hope this helps.
