: does anyone know the ct state laws for renters whose landlords are in forclosure.

Laura, I would guess that CT law requires that the new owner-by-foreclosure serve you with a formal written notice of eviction when the time comes. Generally such notices provide for a 15 to 30 day time period.

To make sure, why not call your local renter's hotline or an attorney who specializes in landlord/tenant work and ask for the specific time period?
