: I am looking for the best way to avoid the banks after sale and the way they hide behind their trustees. Is there an easier way to approach them and inform them I want to find the quickest and easiest way to utilize my capital to buying bulk purchases starting right from the bottom and establishing "First Class Investments", and working my way up to the $0.20 to $0.30 on the dollar deals from Washington Mutual to their associate, EMC.

To the best of my knowledge, most bulk sales are handled institutionally rather than an individual dealing directly with a lender. If you go to http://www.aif.cargill.com , you'll see one example of a company that will purchase in "bulk". There are a lot of them out there. Good Luck.
