Re: AIG means nothing to me so far...In Reply to: Seminars posted by Diana on January 21, 2002 at 1:07 PM : I've enjoyed reviewing the mountain of information on your website and this message board. I could really use some help with the following. There are so many real estate "guru's" out there that it's hard to tell what's true and what's hype. I recently ran across an outfit called American Investor's Group, based in San Diego. They offer 5 day seminar's in various locales and the information they purport to sell, to the tune of $5000.00 up front or $6000.00 if financed, sounds pretty extensive and intense. I would like to know if anyone has any information they would like to share as to the efficacy of this organization's seminar or are they just another means of taking money for something I could acquire elsewhere. I know you offer seminar's too, but I am interested in more than just the buying of distressed properties. Any light you can shed on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, in advance! =========== Diana, I sorry, but I havent heard of this group. Do you know the names of any of the principals involved? Do you have their local business address?
