Dave, the number of marketing time for entry level houses in San Diego is 44 days, whereas the marketing time for move-up houses or high level houses in this area is over 90 days.

Since the name of the game in foreclosure investing is "flipping", the number of days required for marketing is something that should enter into your analysis on each deal.
