[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] foreclosure Posted by Rupunzel Wooden on January 02, 2002 at 11:21 AM i have had a hard financial time my husband lost job 3 years ago we have been late 30-90 days several times he just recently obtained a job making 13.75 hour we had recieved a 30 day intent to foreclosure letter from homesidelending i tried to offer a payment plan but the repersenative said any amount less than the total due would be returned found out loan has been referred to att. to start foreclosure procedures can i still save my home we have 4 small children ages 3-11 and have no where to go we are behind 10/2001-1/2002 can we still save our home.
