: I am interested in getting started in buying foreclosures in ohio and honestly have no experience. I would love some advice. Also, would be interested in your one on one training if it would apply for someone in Ohio. It would probably some time before I could make it to California and would like to get started before that. Is that reasonable, or should the training come first. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Shawn, our foreclosure training is state specific. We have trained people for the foreclosure business in the states of Colorado, Texas, Florida, Rhode Island, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, and of course, California. We generally train just one-on-one, but never more than two people at the same time. Our training is for 36 hours, spread over 3 consectutive days. It includes doing actual foreclosure research in our local county recorder’s office.

We willingly give out more than a dozen trainee referrals and extend a hassle-free, 100% money back guarantee throughout the whole three days. Our post-training access is free, and unlimited and we can be accessed by phone, e-mail, in-person—you name it. We also extend free “retread” or brush-up training any time you desire.

We have been training since 1986 and we’ll be doing it for several more years to come. We are primarily foreclosure pro’s and secondarily trainers. We are not academic types who posit theories on the subject matter, or give one-way didactic dialogues. We train on an interactive basis to guarantee your hands-on involvement in mastering this specialized real estate niche.

We require that our trainees complete some prestudy prior to coming to our offices for the main course. It involves your local title company, the local bankruptcy court and use of an amortizing calculator such as the Hewlett Packard 12C.
