: Hi Ward,
: You earlier mentioned about a "MLS marketing time survey". Is there a specific way to go about doing this? (Or does this just entail calling up some real estate agencies in the subject area and asking them what the average listing to sales time is on a specific price range of house?) Is there a specific writeup somewhere in your manual about this? Thanks in advance.
: And I wish you a healthy, fun and prosperous 2002!

Alfred, if you don’t have direct access to your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) online then you’d need to call a friendly acquaintance who is and ask them to do you the favor of giving you the marketing days it currently takes to sell a house in a specific area at a specific price range.

All the info on this topic would be in the Best Bid Computation section, which is the first section in the Foreclosure Resource Manual.

Hope this helps.
