I posted : 18 day notice of abandonment of property at both places the day of sale. : Now what? I just received the deed for one property, and posted the 3-day : the same day. Waiting for the deed on the other. : Both properties are starting to need maintenance, and both are at risk. : Change the locks, store the stuff and await the lawsuit?
