How did this turn out?

: Cash for keys, the easiest solution, is not going to work. I posted
: 18 day notice of abandonment of property at both places the day of sale.

: Now what? I just received the deed for one property, and posted the 3-day
: the same day. Waiting for the deed on the other.

: Both properties are starting to need maintenance, and both are at risk.

: Change the locks, store the stuff and await the lawsuit? Or, file the
: unlawful detainer, wait a month, and lock out the vacant property?

: In any instance, I need limited access to mainatin what is left of the
: landscaping.
