I was as dumb as dumb could be! I spent an hour on the phone with Deirdre, in which she answered ever stupid question I could come up with... I then sent her my package 1 month late and then I sent her the package on her launch day for a new bid list.... and then I chatted her up all day back and forth about more of my stupid questions (stupid questions equate too questions for other departments, things that Deirdre does not handle).. any way... after my Q. & A. with Deirdre all day on launch day... She was still FANTASTIC! So I dont agree with the game playing statement. Deirdre put up with me easily, I was not making her life easy and she was Professional, Friendly and made the process very easy for me... I would say that unless You have all of Your documents.. Bank statements and so on... and the Fannie Mae Package filled out (I didnt fill mine out exactly right, as well as typos... Deirdre walked me thru that too... on a launch day!) and proof read by someone or multiple someones in Your office... that may make Her and thusly Your life easier.. As for the Freddie Mac contact... 1. Thanks for the info, You are great! 2. I will give feed back on Brandi when I hear back from her... I hope she is as nice as Deirdre was to me.. I think that Brandi will have it easy with me becuase Deirdre already put in all the work to get me into shape. Once again, Thanks for sharing the info! damn Nice of Ya!
