Too comfortable..

I guess you could say that, for all intents and purposes, I'm semi-retired. I'm doing very well with my rental properties and have no management headaches nor money pressures. And so I'm enjoying the luxury of not having to anything if I don't want to.

I still want something to do though, so I continue to keep training, speaking and consulting.

A bearish real estate market makes for a good foreclosure market for it generally results in a lot fewer competitive bidders at the auctions.

: Is he buying? Has he started and stopped? Did he ever start? From what Ward posted a little while ago he's pretty bearish on the economy in general, but I'm not sure how that plays into his foreclosure investing at the present.
