I have a 1st of 56000. at 6.25% and a 2nd at 8.25% with a balance of 270,000. It is located in Fontana, Ca. My question is will the 2nd be able to come after me with a judgement since it is unlikely they would pay off the 1st in order to foreclose. What are the possibilities?
