You probably bought a Manufactured home on leased land. The owners of the land are trying in some areas to force the new owner to move or leave the manufactured home. They will not extend the lease in order for you to sell. You need to find out the details of the lease and will they extend it to your new buyer, if you plan to rent the property, can you make arrangements.
