They won't return my calls. Finally I found out that the bank (taylor bean) who went out of business was taken over by someone else and they can't find anyone to sign the deed. I don't get it... Any suggestions what to do? The CEO will not even return my calls. Sorry for the typo's. They are saying they can't find someone to sign the deed. Just a bunch of excuses. Not sure how to proceed except getting an attorney involved. Is there anyone who regulates these trustee's? Some type of board or anything? Thanks for the help.
