If you’re looking for some guidance concerning the economic upheavals we’re going through you might read Harry Dent’s current book (The Great Depression Ahead) and John T. Reed’s current book (Hyperinflation & Depression).

I think our national stagnation will drag on for several more years. It will take that long to work through our malingering mortgage mess, get our unemployment down to 4% or less, and get our median housing prices down to no more than 4 times our median income level.
