[ Follow Ups ] [ Post Followup ] [ The Forum Board ] [ FAQ ] judicial foreclosure question Posted by lmac on August 26, 2010 at 9:30 PM Ward, I am interested in buying in a particular area of southern california where properties are foreclosed on via a judicial foreclosure because most of the properties are owned in partnerships. For example, because of the size of the parcels, each parcel typically has 3 owners, each with 1/3 interest in the parcel. Although I doubt anyone is being foreclosed on in this area, I would love to find out when/where judicial foreclosures take place in this particular county (santa barbara). Any tips on where to find out about sheriffs sales? I have scoured the county website and cant find anything. I havent seen anything on foreclosureradar and like sources about judicial foreclosures. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated!
