Holy crap yes. Hold time has increased to a painful point. While I
absolutely agree that pricing is paramount, we are seeing a lot less
sensitivity to price reductions. And this is across all price
points. Aggressive pricing is required, and even that may not affect
the hold time to the degree it used to. Strange times.

I could use a job. Anyone hiring. I can spell, "forclosure"...
