Greg is a total dork. : I'm sure Greg has been phenomenally successful (and that's what is allowing him to do what he's doing). : My point is that he is bidding up and buying boat loads of property at prices that aren't possible for most of the smaller bidders. I'm not saying he's doing anything wrong. He's squeezing the competition out and if he can afford to do it, maybe that's the right move.
