What typically happens the last week before sale? How many will cure the default by Friday? Any bets? :) Also, of the ones that may end up maturing to you, are there any especially goods ones? I do like keeping track of your dealings in lien certs. It's SO different from tax deed sales. Feel free to write me off the board. Kristine : Tax sales start here on the MS Gulf Coast next Monday.
