Window closing for resales?

Posted by Alfred, SoCal on August 11, 2010 at 11:34 AM

The multiple offers and quick market time seems to be diminishing here in LA and SB counties. Very different from 3-4 months ago. Anyone else experiencing this? The government tax credit ending off has helped cause the slowdown no doubt. Wonder if govmt will give tax credit again soon? I know they are putting 3B out to assist housing. 1B is coming out at zero interest mortgage loans to help people avoid foreclosure. Crazy.

Looked like there was a nice window in this area for rehab/resells. Hope it isn't really ending.
