Could this Realtor through her internal contacts unwind this sale before the Benne records the deed? FMV on the property is about 1.2.. Sold:980,100. The property was posted as Postponed/reason:Bankruptcy just like every other foreclosure. It is not uncommon for extensions to be filed on the same day of the scheduled sale date as you already know. But the Lender quietly foreclosed on his home. I hope there is a way my friend get his families house back.
