His objective was to file the BK to delay the bank from foreclosing on the property. BK filed was not by an attorney but someone that is a licensed by the DRE. This makes much more sense to me at this point. But now, a opportunist has emerged stating that will get his house back from Benne 99.9% without a court order. How is this possible? If this is possible, I will have customers lined up longer than the launch of the new iphone 5G. My advise to him was to hire a real attorney, gather all the goods from his house and move on.
