Yes, get an attorney and file a Quiet Title Action involving the bank, to have a judge settle the matter.

: Bene Foreclosed on a property a friend owned. No one bid at the trustee sale, now the
: bank owns it. Friend filed BK A week prior to sale but the banks stated the BK was
: invalid. Is there anything he can do to unwind the sale?
